The Newtown Cultural Arts Commission established the Newtown Arts Festival in 2012 to promote and support local arts and the community through arts-inspired entertainment, education, exhibits, and sales. The festival showcases all forms of creative expression, such as visual arts, dance and music in the setting of a town-wide celebration. Proceeds will support grants and scholarships for local artists and arts organizations, future festivals, and other work of the Newtown Cultural Arts Commission.

Jen and Jim Cebry set up and took down the entire event at Fairfield Hills.

Deb Zukowski organized the Art of Science Tent

Tracy Van Buskirk brought us the artful Make and Take Tent

Andrea Stratford choreographed this year's Dance Pavilion

Jen Rogers facilitated the Fiber Arts Tent

Paula Brinkman and Nancy Cole did Terrific Totes

Connie Widman rounded up all of our volunteers for the event.
