September 19th, all three Connecticut Militia Groups joined the 2nd Co. Governor's Horse Guard participating in the Connecticut Day Parade at the Big E in Springfield, MA.

Leading the parade were the Commandants of the four Militia groups:

Major Jim Marrinan of the 2nd Company Governor's Horse Guard, Newtown, CT

Major Richard Zaczynski of the 1st Company Horse Guard, Avon, CT

Major Mark Boudreau of the 1st Company Governor's Foot Guard, Hartford, CT

Major Richard Greenalch of the 2nd Company Governor's Foot Guard, Branford, CT
