Photo and Video Art Works

Newtown, Connecticut's 3rd Arts Festival was held on the beautiful grounds of Fairfield Hills covering three acres. Members of the Newtown Cultural Arts Commission presented a two day family friendly event as part of a month of art related activities. With four tented workshops and demonstrations occurring simultaneously each hour ranging from music, dance, and lectures, to kid's activities there was something for everyone. In addition there were substantial art/craft, and food vendors who offered assorted delights from the standard hamburgers and hot dogs to fresh bakery products and elk stew. Rain and wind which passed through on Saturday afternoon didn't dampen spirits as guests rushed to the large music tent and enjoyed the music.
